Spirit is always in control, regardless of mind playing any role in our emotional response. As debatable as it sounds, we are really nothing else. Mind are but aspects, the playground if you will of Spirit. The body is the manifestation of thought in the tanigble realm, yet, again, has nothing to do with Spirit. For example, we don't swallow our own food, involuntary reflexes in the esophagus do this. We don't even breathe...otherwise, we would suffocate in our sleep if it were an action mandated consciously by us. That's all the body...not spirit. Spirit just is.
Thus, any action done in or by spirit is the next indicated step. It is the will of the universe, and it is your given task as you walk in purpose. In conclusion, it doesn't actually matter whether mind governs or not, as the mind is the commodity of the body, both of which are always subserveant to spirit.
It simply becomes of no force and effect and lies as a mummy encased in dismay.
